Cash Prize Events
Terms & Conditions

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE RULES 

AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW

By choosing to enter these cash prize events, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to the following:

​

1. You must be at least 18 years old.  

2. You understand that these cash prize events are reserved for members of the GodstyleBilal Subscriber base ONLY!!! If you are subscribed to all of the accounts (which are YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook) for at least 14 days for the Pop Quiz event or Interactive Games, and at least 30 days for the Cash Prize Giveaway events, you are considered a subscriber of the GodstyleBilal subscriber base. Once you subscribe and stay subscribed, you will remain eligible for all upcoming cash prize events, and you will not need to complete this step again.

3. Moving forward, you will be automatically entered for all giveaways that have no extra requirements or special instructions. This means, if you are not currently eligible for the cash prize event, for which you are currently entering, you will be eligible for the next event after the time eligibility requirement has been met. However, you will need to enter each individual "Pop Quiz" event as each event will require a new answer and therefore a new submission. (If you don't already have an account on any of the social media platforms listed above, simply open an account and subscribe or follow. No exceptions will be made for this requirement.)

4. If you unsubscribe from this email list or any of the social media accounts above, you will no longer be a part of the GodstyleBilal subscriber base, and therefore become ineligible for any upcoming cash prize events. 

5. If your name is selected as the winner for any of the cash prize events, you will have 24 hours from the time of the notification of your winning announcement to contact me by email, from the email you used to enter the cash prize event, at GodstyleBilal@gmail.com, to set up a time to get on a video call to claim your prize.

6. Once your name is selected, you will be sent an email asking to provide your account handles to all the social media accounts you have to be subscribed to in order to be eligible to enter to win the cash prize giveaway event. This information is only used to conduct eligibility checks and will never be sold or shared to a third party. 

6. IF your name is drawn or your submission is selected, and it is discovered during the eligibility checks that you are not a part of the GodstyleBilal subscriber base and do not meet the eligibility requirements, another name will be drawn or selected until a participant is identified that meets the eligibility requirements. As long as you subscribe to the accounts once notified that you are not eligible, you will be eligible to participate in the upcoming cash prize events.

7. All Cash Prize Event winners MUST get on a VIDEO CALL for a short 5 to 15 minute "winner interview" in order to CLAIM YOUR PRIZE. No "stand-in's" are allowed and no one can claim your prize for you. This means that you will need to be able to speak English fluently so that you can participate in the video call and answer all questions. You must have a clear, reliable and steady internet connection in order to complete the short "winner interview". If the interview is not completed for any reason, I reserve the right to select another winner to receive the cash prize. The cash prize will be delivered at the end of the interview, during the video call. By entering and participating in this event, you give permission and understand that the video call will be recorded and posted on social media platforms. You understand that all video or photographic media obtained by the host of the cash giveaway, or any of their associates or employees, during the process of your cash prize entry and submission, and during the "winner interview" (whether the interview ends in delivery of the cash prize or not), are the sole property of Risha GodstyleBilal, and you give permission to have the media posted and/or advertised at the discretion of the cash prize host or their associates or employees.

8. You understand that the host will wait for the announced winner to show up for the scheduled interview for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. After 15 minutes, if the announced winner has not joined the scheduled zoom meeting for the required winner interview, the announced winner forfeits the cash prize and a new winner will be selected and announced. The host reserves the right to reschedule the zoom meeting at any time to a new agreed upon time between the host and the announced winner. If a time and date cannot be agreed upon, between the host and the announced winner, to take place at least 3 days prior to the drawing of the next scheduled Cash Prize Giveaway, the announced winner forfeits the cash prize and another winner will be selected and announced.

9. You must be able to receive the cash prize won from any cash prize event through Cashapp, Paypal, or Zelle. No other methods of cash delivery are currently accepted. If you do not have either of these methods, an Amazon Gift card will be issued in the amount of your cash prize to the email that was used to enter the Cash Prize Event.

10. All information used to enter any cash prize event must match with the personal information of the individual person entering the cash prize event and must be verifiable at the time of prize redemption or you will forfeit the prize. If any of these requirements listed above are not met at the time of prize redemption, you will not be able to collect the cash and another winner will be selected. The host reserves the right to select another winner to receive the cash at any time during this process, for any reason, up until the time that the cash prize has been redeemed and delivered. 

11. You are welcome to enter any of the Cash Prize Events as many times as you want. However, you understand that you cannot win the same prize twice in a row.

12. You understand that all cash giveaways, games, pop quiz events and any other cash prize events are for entertainment purposes only. You understand that the host reserves the right at my sole discretion, to change, modify, amend, add or remove any portion of these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notification. You understand that the host reserves the right to use any method chosen at the discretion of the host to select names as winners for any cash prize event. You understand that you must agree to all the terms above and/or below, and follow all rules and guidelines set forth in order to enter and participate in any of the cash prize events. If you are unable or unwilling to agree to these terms and conditions, you are ineligible to participate in any cash prize event and will forfeit any cash prizes to be received or that have been received.

Submission Rules & Terms of Pop Quiz Events

1. Answer the Question in a Short 15 to 30 Second Video and Submit.

2. Record a video of yourself answering the "Pop Quiz Event" question and send it to GodstyleBilal@gmail.com or just reply to this email. This video should not be any longer than 30 seconds. If the video is longer than 30 seconds, your submission will not be accepted.

3. If you are unable to submit a video for any reason, you are not eligible to participate in the POP Quiz cash prize events. No exceptions will be made for this rule. No interview is required for the POP Quiz events.

4. You have to show your face on the video, the entire time of the recording. By entering and participating in this event, you give permission and understand that your video will be posted online for entertainment purposes. 

5. After you submit your video, you will be sent an email asking to provide your account handles to all the social media accounts you have to be subscribed to in order to be eligible to play. This information is only used to conduct eligibility checks and will never be sold or shared to a third party. 

6. Once you are declared the winner, you will be delivered your cash prize. You will need to send back a short video confirming your receipt of the cash prize within 24 hours of receiving it.

Terms Used and Definitions:

1. Cash Prize - Any money delivered to an eligible participant and winner of any of the cash prize events hosted for the subscribers of the GodstyleBilal subscriber base.

2. Cash Prize Event - any game, giveaway, pop quiz, or any other event in which you receive money for being selected as the winner.

3. Cash Prize Giveaway - the cash giveaway event conducted every other week in which one winner is randomly selected to win a cash prize. 

4. Pop Quiz Event - the event in which a question is asked on a social media platform and participants of the GodstyleBilal subscriber base submit their answers via video in order to collect the cash prize if they win. Cash prizes are first come first serve for the eligible participant who submits the correct answer first. 

5. Interactive Games - games in which the host and the subscriber interact through exchanges where the host gives a question, task, or statement, and the subscriber gives an answer or performs a task that has to be acknowledged through submitted proof from the subscriber in order to be considered as a possible winner in the game. This does not cover or include cash giveaways or Pop Quiz Question Events. 

6. The host/"I" - the creator, developer, administer, and host of all cash prize events.
