  1. All game day participants MUST MEET the eligibility requirements sent to you in the email that is delivered to your inbox once you fill out the form above, in order to receive the cash prize if you win. Check your Spam or Promotions folder for it if you don't see it in your main inbox. The subject title is "Game Day Eligibility". (You have until 11:59pm CST on Game Day to meet the requirements.)

  2. You must be at least 18 years old.

  3. You are not allowed to win the same prize twice in a row. 

  4. You must show up to the Live Winner Announcement Event the day following Game Day in order to claim your prize if you win.

  5. If you win a prize and it is later discovered that you have unsubscribed from any of the accounts required to meet eligibility requirements, you will be blocked and banned from participating in any games or giveaways in the future.
